ISAAC BUTTERFIELD-KENDALL

MEET YOUR TRAINER

I have a background in competitive martial arts, specifically Muay Thai. I also train in calisthenics, gymnastics, and yoga. This is heavily influenced by my parents' long term professional expertise in parkour and teaching yoga. Exercise has profoundly impacted my life, inspiring me to teach, which began during a 6 month period coaching football and teaching English to youth in Rio De Janeiro. Also, having supported my brother who is visually impaired & has special needs, within his fitness development & improved body confidence, has strengthened my purpose to share the transformative power of exercise.


The discipline and drive gained from training are transferable & invaluable, offering benefits ranging from extended life expectancy to increased self-confidence and a sense of belonging & achievement in a positive exercise-based community. 

My sporting journey has evolved as I've grown, transitioning from playing international football for Chelsea Youth Academy in my early years, to representing my college in basketball across England and eventually focusing on martial arts and gymnastics. These pursuits reflect my unwavering commitment to developing physical and mental strength. My mission now is to inspire others on their wellness journey, sharing the life-altering benefits of fitness with friends and clients.
