1:1 Personal Training

1-on-1 personal training is the ultimate investment in your health. You'll be working directly with the trainer, following a bespoke plan. Whether you want to slim down, level up stamina, add muscle or maintain fitness, these personal training sessions will get you there in a fun and sustainable way (small groups or couples training can be discussed).

Training Locations

A variety of training locations are available. Sessions can be held at one of London’s many iconic parks, where we can enjoy the natural environment and fresh air whilst exercising. We can also schedule sessions in the traditional gym setting, organise home and garden training or book in at a PT studio. Together we can arrange a convenient and suitable place to train.

Online Coaching

This will be working on a 1-2-1 basis, predominately via Zoom, where you'll receive workouts  programmes tailored specifically for you, regular check-ins and nutrition plans designed for significant results, anywhere in the world!

Nutritional Coaching

You'll be taught how to take full control of your health and weight, without relying on any specific diet or products, with our 1-2-1 nutrition advice, so you'll not only hit your physique goals, but be able to stay there without rigid diets or unrealistic restrictions.

Have been training for a marathon and Isaac has been breaking up the running with cross training, basic kickboxing training and cardio. 
A top laugh to train with but no rest for the lazy!️️️️️

I am enjoying my personal training sessions with Isaac. They are well prepared, challenging but also enjoyable. The sessions are a good mix of strength and cardio - i am particularly enjoying learning about boxing moves.
